Something we like to do once a year in MGW is have a lunch with the female faculty in our department.  It’s a really great opportunity to learn from their experience and get their advice on our future careers.  Here’s some photos from our 2011 lunch:  

In the fall of 2011, MGW was invited to meet with the new Head of Graduate Programs, Prof. Harley Johnson.  (We get to do things like this because our input is valued by the department.  Just more proof that MGW is awesome.)
